According to the "Liaoning Provincial Drug Administration on carrying out the pilot work of standardization construction of Chinese medicinal materials while fresh cutting system" (Liao Drug Administration (2023) 26) requirements，After application recommendation, material review and other procedures，Confirm Qingyuan County and Xinbin County of Fushun City，Benxi city Huanren County，Four counties, including Xifeng County of Tieling City, are pilot counties，Carry out standardization construction of fresh cutting of Chinese medicinal materials (see annex for details)，The pilot runs from September 2023 to December 2025。
Each pilot area should be closely combined with the local reality, conscientiously organize the implementation of the pilot construction plan, and ensure the completion of the pilot construction work on schedule。It is necessary to take the pilot project of standardization construction of fresh cutting system of Chinese medicinal materials as an important starting point, strengthen organizational leadership, standardize the management of origin fresh processing enterprises, promote the implementation of GAP of Chinese medicinal materials, improve the construction of Chinese medicinal materials and Chinese herbal slices traceability system, and constantly improve the quality and influence of pilot varieties。At the same time, it is necessary to summarize in time, form experience practices that can be replicated and promoted, and report the progress of pilot construction to the Provincial Food and Drug Administration before November each year。
The provincial Food and Drug Administration will increase the research and guidance of the pilot work, encourage and support the docking and cooperation of traditional Chinese medicine pieces and proprietary Chinese medicine enterprises with the pilot areas, support the formulation of fresh processing standards, summarize and promote good experience and practices in a timely manner, and promote the high-quality development of the province's traditional Chinese medicine industry。
